When I initially loss 70 lbs, I initially kept it off for 7 yrs. After closing my gym, going into a dark space for almost a year, I gained 50+ lbs in a yr. That year was the worse and lowest I have ever felt in life. Fast fw to a yr past that, and I have loss that 50+ lbs, and honestly look and feel the best than I ever have. My own personal mindset needed some reminders, and retraining in order to do this, and now I want to share all the knowledge I’ve gained since 2012, to help you feel and look your best too.
