Please note that due to the nature of the products and services we offer, we do not provide refunds on any digital products, including eBooks, workout videos, or membership subscriptions. By purchasing any product or service from Fit Girl Army, you agree to the following terms:
Digital Products (eBooks, Video Content, etc.):
All sales of digital products, including our eBooks and workout video library, are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Membership Subscriptions:
Our membership subscriptions, which include access to private weekly Zoom sessions and a library of workout videos, are also non-refundable. When you sign up for a membership, you are agreeing to a recurring payment that will be billed monthly until you cancel your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the membership.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account dashboard. After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but you will retain access to all membership benefits until the end of your current paid term.
